MY STRENGTHS are that I am a hard worker and I do my job with dedication. I have a good time management skill and a good planner to achieve the result.

MY WEAKNESS is that I feel quite uncomfortable working with negative personality who demotivate others. My communication problem is also my weak point.

My strength is that I will not believe on anything until it was proved-i have more belief on myself-good leadership quality- I will easily convince others to my way, I always like to make others happy-whatever may be the problem I will take it easy and I will try to solve it.

My weakness is that I am very less sentimental person-i should be the best wherever I am- I will not get angry anymore.

I don't know whether this is ma strength or weakness, I would always express me as I am the most happiest person in the world, I won't share my sorrows with others.
